EMP Certification is now available for Remote Testing

Remote Proctoring for EMP Certification Exam: Apply Online Today!

The Energy Management Association (EMA) is excited to announce a significant development in its certification process. The Department of Energy has recognized and ANAB-accredited the Energy Management Professional (EMP) Certification exam for remote proctoring. This new option allows energy professionals to take their exams from the comfort of their homes or offices, granting them flexibility in scheduling. It should be noted that candidates must meet specific technical requirements to qualify for remote proctoring. The best part is that this convenient option comes at no additional cost.

The primary goal behind the introduction of remote proctoring by EMA is to provide a convenient and accessible exam delivery method for energy professionals worldwide. The security process for remote proctoring mirrors the check-in procedures typically administered at in-person testing centers. Rest assured, the delivery of remote proctoring has been thoroughly reviewed and approved by ANAB, ensuring the highest standards of integrity.

To celebrate this exciting announcement, EMA has an additional perk for candidates. A $125 rebate will be provided to those who take the EMP exam by September 30th. To be eligible for the rebate, candidates must be approved and complete the exam by September 30. It’s important to note that only one rebate per EMP candidate is permitted.
